Terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms describe use of the RackShore website and its enquiry forms. Contact hello@rackshore.com with questions. Any separately agreed written arrangement governs the services it covers.
What RackShore does
RackShore brokers introductions between businesses seeking GPU compute and relevant suppliers. RackShore does not own or operate the GPU capacity described in enquiries. A buyer’s compute service, contract, billing and support are provided by the supplier under separately agreed supplier terms.
Enquiries and introductions
A form submission requests a discussion. It does not reserve inventory, place an order, accept a quote, create a compute service contract or commit either party to an introduction. We may ask for more information or decide an enquiry is not a suitable match.
GPU model names on the site illustrate possible requirements. They are not a live inventory list or a promise of availability. Suppliers must confirm availability, configuration, location, timing, price, exclusions, service levels and other terms before a buyer commits.
Supplier and referral arrangements
Supplier participation, deal registration, attribution, referral fees and payment terms require a separate agreement. Sending a supplier form creates no entitlement to a referral fee, exclusivity or guaranteed buyer introductions. Any brokerage fee or other commercial obligation must be expressly agreed; none is created merely by using this website.
Your information and use of the site
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share and tell us if requirements change. You are responsible for your own supplier evaluation and purchasing decisions. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or sensitive personal information through these forms.
Use the site lawfully. Do not impersonate another business, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site or submit information that infringes another person’s rights. See our Privacy notice for how enquiries are handled.
Website information
Website content is general information about the brokerage and may change. It is not technical, legal or financial advice. Check relevant requirements and supplier documentation before making a decision. We may update or suspend the website for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Content and third-party services
RackShore branding and original website material belong to their respective rights holders. You may view and share links to this site for normal business use; that does not grant a right to use RackShore branding as your own or imply an affiliation.
Linked third-party websites and supplier services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or introduction does not by itself constitute an endorsement or guarantee of their services.
Questions, updates and legal rights
Send questions or concerns to hello@rackshore.com. Updates to these website terms will be published here with a revised date; they do not change an existing separately signed agreement. Nothing in these terms removes rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be removed.
