Privacy

This notice explains how RackShore handles information from this website and its buyer and supplier enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@rackshore.com.

Information you provide

Buyer forms collect your work email, company or team, GPU configuration and scale. You may also provide region, start date, term, networking needs and workload or budget notes. Supplier forms collect work email, company and your role, with optional regions, GPU offering and partnership details. We also receive the information you include in email correspondence.

Required fields let us understand and reply to your enquiry. Optional fields help us assess a possible match. Please provide only information you are entitled to share, and avoid passwords, payment information, sensitive personal data or confidential workload data.

How enquiries are handled

Submitting a form sends its details through our Cloudflare-hosted website to our email inbox using AgentMail. It does not create a public listing. Our form handler does not save enquiries to a website database or write their contents to application logs. Enquiry emails and replies remain in our email account; relevant details may also be kept in private supplier or deal records during follow-up.

Why we use information

We use enquiry information to reply, understand requirements or supplier offerings, assess possible introductions, manage correspondence and any separately agreed referral arrangements, and address abuse or legal obligations. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where a legal basis is required, responding to requested business discussions may involve steps towards an agreement or our legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Security and administration may involve legitimate interests; legally required records may involve legal obligations. Where consent is required for a particular use, that use requires consent. The basis depends on the activity and applicable law.

Sharing and service providers

Cloudflare provides website hosting, delivery and security. AgentMail processes and stores enquiry emails and metadata, using its service providers for email delivery. If an enquiry progresses to an introduction, relevant requirements and contact details may be shared with the parties involved in that introduction. Form submissions are not automatically forwarded to GPU suppliers.

We do not sell enquiry information. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or necessary to address fraud or misuse. Service providers handle data under their own applicable arrangements. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy and AgentMail’s privacy policy.

Website traffic and cookies

Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses, request metadata and traffic data to deliver and protect the site. Infrastructure logs may record request and response information. The X pixel automatically measures page visits and confirmed enquiry submissions on public production pages. X may use cookies and technical identifiers for attribution. We do not send form fields, email addresses, company names, notes or budgets to X, and do not use advanced matching. X is configured to omit the page URL and referrer, disable automatic form-field matching, and disable data-layer extraction. Campaign tags from a tagged capacity-enquiry link are included only in the private enquiry email. Measurement remains off in local previews and when Global Privacy Control is enabled or Do Not Track is set. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies for security when its protections require them. The capacity form remembers a manually selected display language in local browser storage. Fonts remain locally hosted.

Storage, retention and international processing

Enquiry correspondence remains in our email account unless removed. The website has no automatic deletion schedule for those emails. Retention depends on the enquiry, ongoing discussions, any resulting arrangements and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us if you want us to review or delete your information; legal or contractual requirements may limit what can be removed.

Our providers operate internationally, including in the United States, so information may be processed outside your country. Provider processing locations and retention practices are described in their policies. We do not promise storage in a particular country or immediate removal from provider backups.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@rackshore.com to ask about information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or discuss limits on its use. We may need to confirm your identity and understand the request before acting. We review requests against applicable law and the records involved.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a relevant data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. If necessary contact details are removed, we may be unable to continue an enquiry.

Changes

Updates to this notice will be published here with a revised date. Contact us about any processing that is unclear before sending information.
